The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for the Tillamook area. The "Potential heavy rain" predicted is expected to bring in a few inches. But there's a small chance that we might get more than just a few inches, hence the flood watch. Please be diligent when out and about this weekend.
For 12/7, weather is expected to be mellow. Expect a little breeze around 11-16mph and gusts up to 25mph. They are only predicting 1/8-1/4 of an inch of rain during the day and the same amount at night
For 12/8, it sounds like the wind will die down and so will the rain. Most of the rain is predicted to be before 10am or at night.
And looking towards Saturday 12/9....the National Weather Service merely states "Heavy Rain", so don't put your inflatable wingies away quite yet.
